Even though the description says that if you want the foam inlay - contact customer service upon order, that doesn't work. The staff is all too eager to ship the goods so they don't read your instructions. Just forget to order foam inlay. It won't be delivered. Customer service is very unwilling to correct their mistakes.
The case itself is of high quality, or the quality you expect. It's the problem to get what you order that gives the lower rating in this review.
I used to be happy with Thomann. But this time I got quite disappointed. I had expected a bit more cooperation. Especially since there were three emails from me stressing that the foam inlay was required, one reply from Thomann where they confirmed 3 weeks of lead time and then it was delivered anyway without foam inlay.
