Looking for an economic Lavalier mic to run with Shure transmitters... this is really good value and performs more than well. Sound quality is good for speech (our intended use) and has caused no criticism from speakers or from the engineers on the PA desk.
Buy more than one, because you'll never be caught unprepared.
Needed a replacement in a hurry for my old worn out Shure WL93 series subminiature condenser microphone and came across the t.bone BodymiKe as I've previously uses t.bone mics and for the price always been impressed with the sound quality.
For the gig the t.bone BodymiKe was connected to a Shure SLX4 diversity receiver via the SLX1 wireless bodypack transmitter and preformed very well given the high demands of the metal vocals behind a mask. Can't fault the mic much apart from the foam windshield which kept falling off in rehearsal. Just ended up making a spare that fit tighter.
Based on my experience I would consider buying a second unit just to keep as a spare.
