Poor Quality - broken in less than 6 month

Very poor quality ! Mine has broken in less than a 6 month. It produces a very annoying noise which will ruin your whole drumming experience ...
Things can get even worse when you contact the customer service to use the Warranty ! The Warranty process will make you forget about using the Warranty ... They will ask you first to record a video to show them its broken ... then you will need to wait 48 hours going through a hierarcy of support to ultimately tell you that you need to take the responsibility of sending the product in a special packaging to them in order take care of it ... So they actually fuck you twice, to get your drum working for you!

I do not recommend this drum to anyone! They are not sure about the quality of it themselves ;-)

+ the customer service is likely to be a simple auto-responder with pre-defined responses ... This will be the most annoying process.

Fantastic quality but.......

This is a replica of a Tibetan BonPo shaman drum and its pretty authentic in materials and sound. I love mine and its become my main drum. A couple of points to consider:
1. the drum is not lightweight. The frame is hardwood and quite heavy
2. the skin is easily slackened by the damp or cold. I think this drum shape makes it more prone to slackening. You can easily tighten the skin by passing the drum over flame though.
All in all a very good quality drum with a distinctive sound that stands out from the run of the mill frame drums.

I use it for sound bath in nature. Love this drum, it have really deep strong resonant sound and build quality is really good. Many people when they try it commented that is really superb drum.
