Bought these as a spare for home use/simple home audio editing etc. Was a little sceptical because of the price, but i was really surprised how good they are, i can't really say that another more "high-end" things (like the beyerdynamic DT-880 that also is semi-open) has anything other than the brand that these don't have.
Since they are semi-open, it may feel a little strange in the beginning since they have the same feeling as closed back, but let alot of sound through still. Wouldn't recommend these for ex. music-listening, but as a pair of studio/monitor headphones i really like these
