I bought this trigger module to go with my metal bands i play in and it delivers without many faults. The module have alot of sounds, but many of them are pretty outdated in comparison to their real modules, but that is acceptable as it is a budget module. Many of the functions on the module are hidden behind alot of menues and button-presses, which is a design-choice as it minimizes the size of the display and button layout, but i can still feel that the time it can take to cycle through all the menus can be frustrating if you need to change things quickly (at a gig for example).
I use it mainly for triggering my bass drum, and to buy a module for 1000? just to trigger one drum can feel kind of overkill unless you have alot of money. Now to the actual performance of the module! When i first started using it i felt that the sensitivity-setting and threshold alreday had a great factory-setting if you want a natural trigger response, but as i play extreme metal i wanted an undynamic and loud response, and it delivered flawlessly after some tweaking.
The only problem i really got are the menues, some of the sounds, and probably that the threshold setting could be more accurate.
Great product albeit with some minor flaws.
