I was doing a redo of the electronics of my passive, 30 year old korean bass. The bass had mini pots from the start so it was only logical to replace them with new pots in the same format.
They fitted well and even though the bodywood from the control cavity was substantially thicker than a standard pick guard i had no problem attaching the pots with washer and nut. That is kind of important since i had other pots that had a too short thread so they couldn't be screwed into place.
Soldering to the back of the pot was a breeze. The shaft material looked a bit rough but no problem there. I never really understood why these shafts have a split in the middle as they tend to break when screwed on too hard. But being aware of that weak spot should still provide you with enough reisistance to securely attach the knobs.

Once installed they were running smoothly and evenly and the shaft axel was nice and straight. Sound wise there is nothing to remark, which is a positive thing. These pots will not magically improve your tone unless your old pots are very ill suited. They just work unintrusively.

I used this on my Squier Strat SE. The squier had 500k pots and volume pot had given up. So i orded theese based on reviews and price.

I changed all three. I had replaced the Squier pickguard for an fender pickguard. The fit was good but minor modification on the pickguard had to be made but nothing difficult or major.

Pros:
Noise free
Cheap
Good quality
Clear sounding
Good feel to it when turning tone/volume

Made a huge difference on a cheap strat.

I am working on a project: fernandes decade
So i wanted some quality potentiometers!
I bought these potmeters because i knew Göldo always delivers great quality. They fit perfectly into a regular pickguard and the sound is amazing. You really get a smooth going potmeter with deep and clear sound. My setup for the pickguard is: 2x goldo potmeter, 1x kluson jack socket, 1x orangedrop, 1x 5switch harley benton

This set gave me an really deep and stable sound which puts some trust in your sound. No cracks or errors and very easly to replace!

Pros:
Surprisingly cheap
Clear sound
Smooth circulation

Cons,
Might be too small for certain ( japanese ) guitars with other size holes

In short: strong, clear, smooth potmeter which can be easly replaced!

Great replacement

I have been using these pots to replace old and noisy ones, specially in cheaper guitars. They are noise free, reliable and very well built, with good soldering lugs.
