Save the hair you got left with this nifty thing!

After spending some 20 min trying to figure out why there was no sound and then concluding it was the cable after all, I bought this.
It will save you allot of unnecessary testing and back and forth switching.

With this you can easily check all kinds of cables/connectors. LEDs light up to show what pins are live and you can mix and match as you like.

Pretty cheap of you consider you will use this the rest of your life, if you take a little care with it.

I'm only using this in the studio, but it is sturdely build. Seems like the pot shafts or the mountings are a weak point in the rough and tumble of the road, so you would probably want to keep it in the box or a case when going gallivanting around.

Ah, the peace of mind...

Soldering my own mic cables

Now, this is one thing that is cheap, yet feels like quality, through and through. As has been said in almost all reviews, this unit is extremely sturdy. Kept in its box, I cannot see why it shouldn't last a life-time.

I bought mine since I am making my own mic cables and want to check them before using. And I caught a faulty one on the first cable I soldered. Easily fixed, though...

This doesn't come with a battery, but it does have pretty much everything else from the get-go.

I couldn't be happier with it. It even seems to be next to identical to much more expensive testers sold under different brand names.

Does exactly what I need it to. Test cables and identify problems.

Great for breaking down a long signal chain to find your dodgy XLR. Even greater for peace of mind, your microphone isn't broken after all!

Ett måste om du hyr ut dina saker

Denna produkt sparar otal timmars jobb om du hyr ut dina grejer. Kollar alltid kablar när de kommer tillbaka så att jag inte har något trasigt som går ut på ett nytt jobb.

Den går också att ha med ut på installationer för att kolla att dina lösningar håller måttet om du ska göra in installation med flera kablar till och från scen.

Många praktiska funktioner som gör den till en ovärderlig produkt för att undvika strul och ödsla tid på felsökning på lagret eller ute på installation.

Kan rekommendera denna till alla som hyr ut eller installerar ljud, bild och ljus.
