Wouldn't recommend as a good low volume cymbal

When looking for a low volume cymbal you're better off with Evans Db one. This Millenium low volume cymbal is far too heavy and dense to produce the right sound needed. The little sound it does manage to produce doesn't replicate a regular 10 inch cymbal which is of course what you're looking for when going for a low volume store. But the design and quality put into making it is very good. The actual sound and hitting feel just needs a lot of work.

Great little cymbal, cool colour too

I'm not a fan of large cymbals and I use this as a top hihat, sound great with a B20 bottom cymbal for a funky little hihat... great for funk, electronic and hip hop styles. Can't argue with the price neither.
