When I got the guitar it was not setup well, really a struggle to get this guitar setup. The neck and feel of playing the guitar was really amazing once I got It setup. The pick-ups wasn't that great, doesn't really have the punch for heavy riffs. clean tones really amazing in my opinion. Good guitar overall, change the pick-ups and get it setup well, and you got a good guitar that feels really good to play on.

Great build quality and comfort, pickups are lacking.
Seb N 16.12.2018
Out of the box, it was set up really well but tuning it is something you have to get used to, same as all floyd rose kitted guitars. Comfort-wise, it has a nice and solid feel without being too heavy.

The neck is comfortable, not too thick or too slim. My hands are big but it wasn't a problem for me. The weight on it is surprisingly low and it is balanced quite well. No neck dive and the strap buttons are surprisingly big. Was quite a battle to get the strap on it so I left it on.

Overall it is a surprisingly good mid-range guitar. If you're looking for a floyd rose LP shape that won't cost an insane amount this is a brilliant choice.

On the negatives, the pickups on it aren't the greatest on high output as it lacks a certain 'oomph' to get the most out of your chugs. Another note is that even though it is a 24-fret, access to the last frets is limited because of how the neck connects to the body. Not much of a cut there so it becomes an awkward experience.

It has, however, a rather generous tummy cut on the back of it and the black binding really makes the alpine white pop. Blends really well with the ebony fretboard.

So if you're looking for an entry into floyd rose guitars, this is definitely a good choice and if you plan on using it extensively I'd recommend a pickup change. If you're planning on playing in drop tunings, get thicker gauge strings.

A very good alternative to superstrats
Bartlomiej Z. 21.04.2015
This guitar could be referred to as "super-Les Paul". Indeed, its body is LP-shaped, but thinner and thus not so heavy. Thus, this is an interesting option for those who don't like, or don't want, a superstrat or heavy-looking Explorer or Flying V-type shape.

The guitar comes with manuals, Kramer logo sticker, and a cheap cord. The adjustment wrenches are mounted at the backside of the headstock.

The neck is easily accessible up to the highest frets. It is a little fatter than, for example, Ibanez, and thus it feels a littler wider.

The pickups are probably Epiphone Alnico Classic (not a newer Alnico Classic Pro version), both with 4-wire leads. However, the push-pull tone pot splits only the neck pickup. It is however easy to make both pickups splittable. The controls could be probably placed more convenient, e.g., pickup switch is a little hard to reach as it resides behind the tremolo arm. The Floyd Rose itself works well, but in my opinion it's too soft. I can feel it while bending strings.

The guitar I got was perfectly set up. It originally came with 10-46 string which in my opinion are too thick for 25.5" scale, I replaced them with 9-42. After necessary setup everythig is fine - low action and no fret buzz.

This is a very versatile instrument. I think it can be used for blues, rock and even metal. It is precise enough for shredders. And it surely deserves better pickups.

Awesome guitar
Matias M. 03.05.2015
LP with Floyd Rose... what a cool combo!

The overall quality of the guitar is A1, all neatly put together. Feels also light.

The guitar came already set, action and intonation playable out of the box with the exception that the bridge was tilted a bit towards the neck.

After changing strings (same gauge, 010-46) the sound/intonation difference was quite dramatic, now the guitar rings genuinely good and intonation is quite good at the 24th fret.

The neck feels quite flat, is VERY pleasant to play.

The pickups sound perfectly good to me, as long as I don't bring the height up too much.

The tremolo system is quite solid, not hard at all to deal with during restring or intonation. I would suggest to install a "backbox" and a "sure claw" for better intonation.

I strongly suggest to use a small thin spring from a pen inside the tremolo arm slot hole. If you do so you won't need to screw fully, the tremolo will not unscrew by itself and the tremolo will not move around or rattle.
