K&M 24030 Microph. Holder Drums BK

Mycket stabilt fäste som inte lossnar från trumsargen. Skönt att slippa några av golvstativen. Dock är det svårt att hitta en optimal placering. Typiska dynamiska mikrofoner hamnar lätt för högt och långt in på trumman för min smak. Om den utstickande armen hade varit längre och inte upphöjd hade positionen blivit mer som jag vill ha den för inspelning. Vibrationer överförs, med ett bra shockmount kan dessa minskas. För live är den säker utmärkt för att slippa stativ på scenen.

The build quiality on these mic holders is great. The design leaves a little to be wished for though. when using these together with SM57 and shures mic clip the microphone comes a little too close to the middle of the drum head, which causes the mic to be exposed to over-eager drummers with long sticks, also flexibility with mic placement is somewhat hampered by the design.
These holders work well on our rack and floor toms, but the clamp actually touches the head of our snare drum. Low rims can be a problem with this holder.
