I’ve used my share of nice monitors — Genelecs, Focals, etc. — so I didn’t think these would impress me much… but man, the Precision 6 hits way above its price.
I’ve already got ARC Studio with the hardware unit, and the way it locks in with these is just chef’s kiss. Imaging tightened up, low end got cleaner, and the mix just started sitting better right away.
They sound super balanced — deep but controlled bass, clean mids, smooth highs. No hype, just honest sound. Haven’t even thought about adding a sub.
Also, they look slick. Classy design, not too flashy, and the DSP stuff + monitor emulations is actually useful — not just a gimmick.
Bottom line? If you’re into serious monitoring without breaking the bank, these are a killer move.
