Empress Effects Echosystem

I've used many delay pedals over the years, both analog and digital. The Echosystem is for me the best one out there! The sound rivals both the best analog delays and tape echo simulators, for those vintage sounds. It's smaller than other "big" delay pedals, and the ability to combine any two of the different engines is amazing! For example, I love using a tape delay with a delay+reverb. You get one delay with clear repeats, and one that smooches on in the background! The only 'negative' aspect of the Echosystem is that there is no screen. The smaller size of the pedal, compared to other delays in this price range, is more important for me so I can live without it. It also has a somewhat steep learning curve, attributed to the lack of a screen, but once you've got the hang of it, it's second nature.
