Cheap plastic buttons

Good functionality and sound. Perfect for the small project studio.
BUT, the buttons are of bad quality, the plastic is crap. After 6 months the ”Sub” button cracked in two halves and it was not possible to use the switch since one half got stuck inside, blocking the switch. Thomann fixed that for me.
Today the ”Dim” button - which I have never touched - was cracked in two halves, without anyone even touching it. The unit is not even two years old.
I was able to pull up the pieces with a forceps but the glued together halves won’t fit anymore.
Really bad quality.

Edit: reached out to Drawmer in UK and they sent me a couple of new button caps directly. They said they have had problems with brittle plastic in a batch.

Pros:
- Solid built with the features I need.
- No clicks or pops when starting computer/monitors or other devices which is great.

Cons:
- The volume knob start to sound like old knobs with little scratchy noise after a while but nothing major.
