I bought the Premier Tammany because I was looking at an inexpensive option for recording music and I was surprised with how good this guitar is.
Out the box the set up is basically perfect. I love the Satin Vintage Sunburst look and feel and the unique headstock is talking point with all my guitarist friends. The D'Angelico MG-30 EQ pick ups are versatile with responsive treble, mid and bass dial, I really did not expect it to sound this good live and in recording sessions.
The feel of the neck is great and I've found it really easy with a lovely resonant quality to the sound. One slight downside is the frets catch slightly while playing but that is an easy fix.
All in all, I have really enjoyed D'Angelico's product and for the price it's a no brainer for beginner and intermediate guitarists.
