Suitable for Boss compact effect pedals
Boss compact effect pedals have a thick rubber mat on the base plate that adheres well to the floor, but is not suitable for attaching self-adhesive hook and loop fastener tape for pedalboards
In addition, the plate type with the serial number are attached to the underside of the pedal and are usually damaged by the adhesive tape
For this reason, this base plate is available without a rubber plate and plate type - simply replace it with the original base plate and attach the hook and loop fastener tape to it instead

Fits perfectly - on the newer Boss pedals

I had this problem with putting my Boss pedals on my pedalboard and feeling that the adhesive velcro didn't stick well with the rubber on the bottom side of the pedals, so I was trying to find a part that suited well on the pedal and that wasn't too expensive, and found this.

Only drawback is that this base plate doesn't fit on older Boss pedals because of the lower 9V power input jack, so best to first check that on your pedal. The slightly more expensive Soulman Boss Mounting Plate fits older Boss pedals, but otherwise I would recommend this one because of the lower price.

Exactly as you expect

I ordered a few of them for my various boss pedals (tuner, octaver, equalizer). All of them fit perfectly. The plate's surface is flat and ideal for applying a velcro or a Temple Audio sticky pad (which was my case). This plate is a savior when it comes to putting Boss pedals on a board.

Great for pedal boards

Now I no longer have rip off the rubber bottom or try and flip the base plate around on my boss pedals. Very handy!
