Super product, update old into new

I just got a pair of these spare cushions for my ca 15 years old DT-150s. The old cushions were cracked and the foam inside them were showing, so not a pretty sight and not too comfortable to wear. The replacement pads make my headphones look and feel new again. In this age of wear and tear I can only praise Beyer for offering spare parts like these.

The pads don't come with any instructions on how to remove the old an fit the new. It is a bit fiddley, and I found a diy on Youtube for the DT-100s that was helpful.

All in all, this is a fairly easy way to give new life to old phones. I love it.

I am old school when it comes to headphones and the beyerdynamic DT-150 are the best and to complete the package these ear pads make my cans sit so comfortbally when in use for audio/sound engineering.
Worth it to change when the old ones have done their job
Great headphones and the Ear Pads complete it.
No cons its all pros as these are the business

Easily fitted and comfortable

The original ear pads for my DT-150s had started to leave black marks on my ears and shirt collars, so I was wary about the quality of these replacements, but I needn't have been. They actually feel better than the original set, which admittedly have been on the headphones since I bought them more than a decade ago. I'd also read that it was hard to fit replacement ear pads to the DT-150, but I didn't find this difficult at all. The padding in these is really excellent and I can wear them for hours without discomfort.

Falling apart in one month

I just got them around one month ago. And both sides are splitting inside already, by the line where it’s glued together. Garbage. And it also means I can just throw the DT150 headphones into a garbage bin too. All replacement ear pads I’ve tried, including this official ones, is just waste of money. I can’t comprehend where the good reviews are coming from, and how the brand can not value their reputation to sell this to their customers. I have doubts that I would be buying anything from Beyerdynamic again.
