A soft case that every drummer should have

I did some research before purchasing this case as well as the 10, 12, 14, 22 and 14? cases. Yes they?re a bit more expensive than your regular soft cases (Millennium etc) but it?s more than worth it!

Not only do they look good and come in handy when loading and unloading the drums, but the fleece lining inside is what does it for me. It protects your drums just the way soft cases should. I?m more than please and highly recommend the Ahead Drum Cases for all the drummers out there who want to take good care of their drums!

I don't think a hard case is mandatory for even larger tours, a gig bag-style soft case will often do, especially if you are the only one carrying the drums.

This bag will protect your 16" tom during transport. The shape of the Armor Case means all type of suspension mounts will fit.

The zippers are high quality and there is sufficient padding. The bag is a bit pricey, but the quality makes it worth it.

I bought a 3-pieces set of this product almost two years ago and since then I used it to carry my drumset around Europe (circa 100 gigs). It is confortable to carry and easier to load and unload from the van than a classic hard case. I never had any troubles with its construction, which is excellent; materials are really good and the shell is well protected due to the internal soft padding. When you take out or put in your drum from the case, it mantains its shape and does not fold on itself due to its rigidity, making it really easy to take out or load in any kind of shell. I highly reccomend this product to anyone who travels a lot by car to play and does not want a big, bulky, difficult to carry hard case.
