Yamaha CL945B Single Tom Holder Yess

Yamaha drum hardware has a name as the most durable in the business,it's true. This tom holder has the shorter rod for Yess. Very easy to use,practical strong tom arm,just don't over tighten the wing bolt on top,it damages the plate securing the black resin ball in the tom housing. Fine hardware indeed.

Yamaha hardware for drums are my favourite of all time, they work perfectly for years, and you never have to worry about them slipping or stiffening up unless they are seriously abused. I have tom arms that are 30 years old and still work perfectly.

Having owned high-end kits from most manufacturers through the years I can safely say that Yamaha has the best hardware. The tom arms, in particular, does the job extremely well and they are some of the most durable and stable around.

I bought this Yamaha CL945B single tom holder to hang my 14"x14" floor tom from my ride cymbal stand. It works like a dream. I can position my floor tom perfectly using the Yamaha 'Yess' ball and clamp system. No matter how hard you play the ball and clamp never works loose or looses its position. As you'd expect from Yamaha the engineering and build quality are top notch. For the money it's worth every penny. No complaints here :-)

I use it for my 10, 12, 14 and 16 toms and I have had no issues whatsoever, now going on strong for more than 8 years. Highly recommended!

Theres not alot that can go wrong with a product like this. Its exactly as described on the website. Its genuine part and is perfect for my drum kit and what I needed it for.

cymbals and a tom.... whatever.... and all that in a bass drum mount or a heavy duty 22mm cymbal stand base. Can't beat that!!!

Fairly sturdy. The one hitch I had was with the quality of the butterfly screw and the fact that I had to really tighten hard to make sure it held well.
