Vandoren Optimum Ligature Tenor Sax PC

I bought my first optimum about 10 years ago, and that ligature is now serving as my baritone ligature. So I decided to get a new one for my tenor.
And the quality seems to be the same as 10 years ago. This ligature will probably last 20 more years or so...
The optimum is in my opinion the most reed friendly ligature you can use, and it gives a feeling of control over the reed due to it's solid construction. I use this on the Vandoren V16 mpc and it is of course a perfect fit.
Yes, it's expensive, but to me it's worth it given the quality of the product.
The only thing I don't like is the plastic cap that came in the box is a really cheap and thin plastic cap. This used to be a cap with more of a "rubber" feel to it. The new cap looks like it's gonna break as soon as I drop it to the floor.
