Great dmx splitter for the price

Was looking for a cost efficient way of splitting one DMX cable to 15-20 LED lamps. So I bought 3 of these (18 lamps) . Mainly using it as a backup to my wireless DMX setup in case there is to much interference. Or if we have a really tech heavy jobb. Starville makes great affordebale products overall. So far its been out on a couple of big jobs and seems to hold up.

Of the 3 I ordered I had to return one, some if the 5pin outlets didn't work on that one. Got a replacement really quickly, and never had that problem agien.

One other thing to note: the cap that holds the fuse can unscrew itself if you store it in a moving veichle for longer periods of time (vibrations). Just a matter of screwing it back in if that happens.

(I'm using a Thomann rack case to mount the splitters in)

Splitter with a twist

Having tried several differant dmx buffers, splitters and every other solution between. This one is by far the most versatile and useul i have ever seen. The powercon in and out makes it simple to daisy chain several units in the one rack unit. The dmx inputs being on the back means it is neat inside a rack and doesnt require messy cabling to plug it in. Would highly recommend.

Stairville built is amazing. This splitter behaves in the best way and never failed. Used on a film set it gave me the possibility to add any dmx fixture on a Universe and connection was immediate. the option to plug in a 3 pin or 5 pin XLR gives a lot of possibility.
