I have seen a couple of reviews with a bit of critique, like that the connector isn't as sturdy as the competition in the EtherCon category, and that the cable can be bit stiff though very rugged. Those who often complain about the connector i think to often compare it to the more expensive Neutrik EtherCon, which is basically indestructible, this isn't even near that price point so i don't completely agree with that critique, though i can understand it.
Cause for the price, its still very decent if you just see it for what it is; a good usable connector! Me myself have used it regally through gigs and never encountered problems and even found use for the detachable EtherCon Shell.
Sure Neutriks solution is more durable but for the smaller gigs it really doesn't matter that much!

So a really good budget buy!
