As a professionell I need a converter and pre-amps to give me the best reproduction of the initial source. The Titan does exactly that and I'm beyond pleased with it.
Unfortunately, the 1 Inst input was faulty on my titan so I contacted Prism directly. They immediately understood the situation and helped me contact Thomann so they could send me a new Titan right away, after I confirmed I've sent back the faulty one.
This kind of service is exactly what a costumer need, weather it is a pack of pics for 3 euros or a Titan for 3000 euros.
The Customer service at Thomann really engaged in my situation and did all they could to make me happy, seen and important.
As I need my gear to complete my work and follow deadlines I would have loved to get a new one witihin a blink of an eye but tha'ts not possible....Thomann however did all they could to get as close to that as possible and for that I'm grateful.
