A great idea that works very well. It's inflatable and is very comfortable and effective.

The accompanying literature says '... the cushion should hold the air indefinitely.' I did not find that to be accurate - it deflates steadily over time. In fact I found I had to re-inflate it almost every time I used it. A tube is supplied for this purpose and it is nigh impossible to inflate the cushion without it - even with the tube it is difficult to get optimal inflation.

It's a great idea and works well but I found it to be high maintenance.
