Pirastro Tonica Violin 4/4 medium BTL

Bytte ut dom gamla originalsträngarna på min Stentor och fiolen fick ett nytt liv. Till en början slackar dom lite så man får stämma om hela tiden innan strängarna sätter sig. Men sen är det inga problem, fördel om det finns finstämmare.

Really nice strings for their price, and while i still have not had to replace strings too many times and thus not tried too many, they were a nice upgrade to my initiate original strings on my Yamaha sv 200, as well as slightly cheaper pyramid strings i used. D and A strings are very full, warm and mellow sounding. the break in time is very quick within about a week of putting them on and they do not need adjusted very much after that, overall for the price they are a pretty decent set of strings. Not sure i would go with these again but perhaps another Pirastro string still.

I'm a beginner, but I can say that these strings are good value for money and will turn any cheap violin with crap factory strings into a much better one!

Mycket bra och prisvärda strängar. Vi använde tidigare betydligt dyrare strängar till Elvari elviolin men de här är minst lika bra. Dessutom är det bättre att byta strängar lite oftare än att ha dyrare strängar som sitter på instrumentet längre tid. Då passar Pirastro Tonica utmärkt.

Bra ljud, bra pris. Bra strängar helt enkelt.

These are good and overall balanced strings. They detune not so easy and are good for playing romantic and contemporary music - pressure of bow can be used freely.
Fifths go along well with other Pirastro strings. They are strong, but not as hard as some of Thomastik in steel. Recommended for general use.

Used these strings to replace off-brand strings that came on a newly bought violin. The difference is very notable with significant improvement in sound. Recommended!
