I bought this for my Elektron Digitone for use with a battery that is up to spec with what is recommended.
Upon starting my device bricks, and after that won't turn on, even with Elektrons original power supply. After a few hours and power cycling several times I got it to start back up again.
I contacted myVolts and they sent me additional parts that I should plug into the cable in order to get it to work. For some reason they shipped those from outside of Europe so now I have to pay for customs, VAT and handling in order to bring it into the EU - the fees adding up to almost the price of the original cord.
Upon googling I notice a lot of other users have had the same exact issue, so apparently I'm not the only one having run into this.
I could not recommend this product, in fact, it actually puts your device at risk of getting destroyed. It is a product made for one purpose - to power the devices listed in the description - and it cannot perform that task. In fact, I actually think it should get pulled the store.
Only good thing is the quality of the cable and contact themselves feel nice and robust, but that's no use if it doesn't perform.
