Mooer Pure Octave

I bought this pedal not expecting much in terms of quality or sound, mostly based on the pricetag.
My intended use for it was to fatten up certain riffs by adding an octave below.
It sounded okay-ish when you play on the Three lowest strings, but as soon as you move up the the g-string and beyond it really sounds messy and just awful.

The sound quality is not very good at all, and it's very hard to dial in something that sounds good and applicable in a live/studio situation.

To sum it up, it can be a fun toy to play around with and get some strange sounds, but it's not something I would where sounding good matters.
