First, it's a cheap stand with good options!
The footprint is big and steady. The possible height is impressing, and it is not too heavy. Also, the horisontal arm has a heavy duty standard connection.
But, like most Millennium stands, the joints are simple rivets that probably won't last long. And a lot of the parts are made of hard and brittle plastic.
A chain is put inside the tubes to prevent the top rod from being pulled too far. Great for safety, but the chain doesn't really fit in the bottom tube and will knock the plastic bottom cover out every time the stand is folded. That will leave the chain hanging out from the stand.
