Oh where do I begin!?
Firstly I should say that this stands' rubber is NOT suited for guitars with cellulose laquers. Thomann doesn't state this, but it is written in that little mounting-guide leaflet.
You get a bag of screws and the holes are pre-drilled, but four of the holes, for the lower back rest, didn't line up, so the first thing I had to do was to modify this piece by filing off some wood to be able to even put this thing together.
After completing the mounting procedure I notice that the guitars are leaning in an almost 45 degree angle in the stand. Outrageous.
So my remedy was to drill two new holes and attach the neck rest on the front instead of the back to make the guitars rest in a more upright position.
Lastly I took the stand to a friend of mine who redressed all the rubber areas with real leather instead so I can actually use it with my guitars without ruining the finish.
After all this done it's actually a nice stand, but I can hardly recommend this product when I had to go through so much trouble to make it work.
