It looks very good and is easy to adjust, it's a decent stand that looks premium but doesn't live up to the identity, for instance, it is very annoying that it loosens itself everytime you adjust it, no worries though, that's why humans invented duct tape.

It just feels like any moving part of the stand wants to make its way free, I would trade it in for another stand if I could in the same price class, with that said, It's very estetic, but I would rather have functionality in forehand, it's not for me but might be something for you.
If you almost never adjust the microphone then why not?
