Graph Tech PS-8501-00

I ordered these for my 2003 Gibson Les Paul Goldtop and started fitting them the moment they arrived.

The saddles themselves were no problem at all to fit, but the bridge of the les paul has some tiny "spring things" sitting behind the original saddles so take care when replacing with the Graphtech saddles as its REALLY easy to lose these springs!

I think the black Graphtech saddles look really nice on the bridge and they make the strings run smoothly over them leading to less tuning problems and less string breakage.

These are a must for anyone with a tremelo arm but a sensible add on for any guitar and I will probably change the saddles on all my guitars to the Graphtech.

I had a slight problem with one of the saddles as it had a small hairline crack ( which I thought was a scratch ) which opened and broke the saddle when I tried to fit it, however after sending Thomann photos of the broken saddle they were quick to replace it for me ( great service as usual from Thomann ).
