Dixon Hi-Hat Shure Clutch

I bought this clamp hoping to see how cheap i could go and still get quality. Some people will prefer to have the top brand names but that never bothered me, if it works it works.

It is made of quality material and is heavy and durable. It has a tightening nut which requires a drum tuning key to tighten and has never come loose on me. It also has adjustable screws on top so you can get the right amount of swing as required.

Perfectly adequate and not too fancy. A great product.

I bought this clutch for my secondary right hand side hi-hats, which I have mounted on a fixed x-hat stand.
My main goal was to keep my 15" heavy hi-hats not close down after hitting them for a while, and so far it does a great job at that.
