Fortin Mini Grind Boost

I bought and tested this pedal on my board a long with a Zakk wylde OD. so basically first the Zakk and then Fortin on the chain. what noticed at the very beginning was that the gain knob is basically overriding the entire gain, meaning if you only want this pedal to add some low end Grind to your sound, you wont real be able to use it unless you either add it before your OD, or turn your OD off! it also has its own characteristic.
in my idea this is idea for someone with basic set up at home.

A really versatile boost for only having one know (being able to use it as an amp channel switcher), loads of volume that can come out of it, and the high pass filter / EQ curve is really good at tightening up the bottom end and giving you that modern metal sound. Just plug it in, set the amount of volume you want out of it, and off you go!
