I've been using this for normal synth waveforms as well as for things like drums to make interesting broken and distorted sounds.

The module works best with audio that has few harmonics, but experimentation is the key - it's a lot of fun and can often lead to interesting surprises. Note that level Input has an impact and should not be forgotten.

Been very happy with this purchase, like always from Doepfer it's good value for the money.
