Crazy Tube Circuits Unobtanium

I received this pedal a week ago and I have smiled since. It is a very versatile tool. Both sides are amazing in both adding slight drive to clean tones, add a nice touch to already overdriven sounds and also work as the only overdive. I am using it through a Hughes&Kettner Grandmeister 40 which in itself has a lot of gain. But with this pedal I can reduce some of the harshness in the tone and soften it. No problem using it from a John Mayer tone with a strat, to a full Doug Aldrich blast with a Les Paul. The combinations are vast. Only thing I have not yet fully onderstood is the switches on the left side. I do note really sence any differnce in sound but the rest is so good it does not matter. It is quite expensive but I definetly consider it money well spent.
