Some latency with Bluetooth

I bought this keyboard as it connects via Bluetooth to an iPad. Not surprisingly, there is some latency. The latency is not a problem for me as I am mostly interested in exploring ambient music, but I would find it frustrating if I expected an instantaneous response. The Bluetooth connectivity is good, I have not had any problems with random disconnection. The full size keys are great, even though there is a limited action for the keys, there is sufficient tactile feedback when they are struck. Use of buttons instead of wheels for modulation works well.
