Audix DP-Quad

Amazing mic's for live application.

The D6 is my go to Kick out mic, and responds extremely well to high spl with one of the best low end responses from any mic I've used before.

The i5 has amazing clarity in the high-end of a snare top skin. Rarely will I shelf or boost 3k upwards to get that snap. The mic does most of the work!

Overheads are as clean as they get for the price range. Again out of the box highpassed they sound amazingly clear, crisp and with little to no added coloration which you'll find in alot of overhead mic's below the 1k price range. Smooth and flat!
